How long will it take to receive a proof?
You will receive your e-mailed proof within 1 business days after receipt of your order and/or photo. Upon your approval of the proof we will print and ship within 2 business days. You will have the opportunity to make any changes to your proof and we will work with you 100% to make sure your design is exactly how you want it.

What do you charge for shipping?
All orders shipped within the USA are charged a flat fee shipping rate of $7.95. Orders shipped Internationally will be shipped via USPS and be quoted the rate for 4 - 7 day Airmail Parcel Post. Additional shipping options offered are: 2 day Air, which is a flat-rate of $20.00. You can select your shipping preference after you complete the shipping and billing address information.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover via a secure on-line server, or over the phone. Your credit card will not be charged until you have approved your proof.

Customer Satisfaction
We provide you with excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. All orders placed are approved by you prior to printing. We will provide you with an unlimited number of proofs to ensure your complete satisfaction with your card. Your credit card will not be charged until you have given your approval to print the order.

Can I change the wording and the font?
Yes, this is your announcement/invitation - any font, color, text, and design changes are all options you have and are included in the pricing.

Can I have the card printed in two languages?
Yes, as long as the language uses the characters from the English alphabet, and you provide the text as it is written in the other language. You can also have a portion of your order printed in one language and the other portion in another language. Please specify this request on your order form.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Quantity pricing is available for most of our products. When browsing a particular product, the quantity based pricing for that product is at the bottom of the ordering page. The shopping cart automatically adjusts pricing when the quantity is increased past the price break threshholds.

Does your pricing include envelopes?
Yes, all cards come with square flapped white envelopes.

How do I send my photo?
If your order requires a photo, you can e-mail a digital photo to info@cardrave.com or you can mail a regular photo to:
